Let yourself be conquered by the true soul of Emilia with a private eno-gastronomic experience between Bologna and Modena. Your driver will pick you up directly from your hotel in Bologna and take you to an exclusive hilltop location, surrounded by nature. Here, you’ll enjoy a rich brunch with local specialties such as cold meats, cheeses, cakes, yogurt, wine, and coffee — served on the terrace, if the weather allows, with breathtaking views over the vineyards.

After brunch, the journey continues with a visit to a historic family-run acetaia producing Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP. Walking among the ancient barrels, an expert guide will reveal the secrets of fermentation, aging, and tasting, culminating in a sampling of different vinegars.

The final stop is at a local winery, where you will experience a guided tasting of three Emilian wines, each paired with artisanal cold meats, cheeses, and fresh bread. This private experience is a true gourmet journey through flavors and traditions, offering an authentic taste of Emilia. At the end of the day, your driver will comfortably bring you back to Bologna.
